EventMB is looking for a full-time Producer to join the team. The role places heavy emphasis on project management, as well as handling setup and logistics for the brand’s virtual/online events. As part of the role you will also assist with general support activities related to EventMB’s sponsored content programs, content publishing, and marketing efforts. This position is remote/WFH, based anywhere in the UK or Europe.

Some of What You’ll Do

Project and asset management

  • Prep team members for weekly status meetings to provide project updates
  • Create and maintain all sponsor timelines for branded campaigns and multi-sponsor editorial events/reports
  • Creation of kickoff documents for sponsors outlining contract deliverables and asset due dates
  • Manage launch calendar for all campaigns and email promotions
  • Upload and schedule promotion tasks for weekly EventMB podcast 
  • Schedules EventMB report and event launches
  • Client management - communicates deadlines, asset requests, and project status with EventMB clients
  • Manage all client asset deliverables (sending asset requests and receiving assets)


Event activation and support

  • Sets up virtual event platform for all EventMB events
  • Work with virtual event production team to communicate EventMB needs and schedule any check-ins
  • Track sponsor asset collection for all team members working on project (EventMB Sales, Skift Design, and Edit)
  • Liaison for EventMB event speakers (editorial and sponsors) to schedule check-in calls, answer questions, provide final logistics reminders 
  • Supports event promotion and email marketing efforts
  • Manage backstage during virtual events (chat, customer support, polls)
  • Work with developer team to set up report/webinar/events backstage work flows in Wordpress and Hubspot 


Marketing and promotion

  • Trafficking banners with AdOps team and track banner inventory to ensure  delivery of all campaigns
  • Work with Skift Marketing / Events team to cross promote EventMB events/Skift events where needed 


EventMB team support

  • Support EventMB sales by collecting inbound sales leads and vetting them to confirm they are a fit
  • Upload monthly leads (if needed)
  • Oversee applications and submission of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) accreditation

The Experience You Bring

  • 3-5 years experience as a digital project manager
  • Highly organized individual with ability to multitask across multiple projects, internal teams, and clients at the same time
  • Well versed in generating and tracking timelines and project management tools, along with an ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks
  • Previous experience organizing, setting up and/or managing online/virtual events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep internal and external stakeholders updated on project status
  • Knowledge of digital advertising operations (trafficking banners, campaign setup, monitoring)

The Way You Work

  • Existing familiarity with the meetings and events industry a plus
  • Deep understanding of media companies or media agencies, or previous experience working at a media company
